Were they dead survivor bodies? If so, I would have either high tailed it out of there or at least been a bit more observant. -
You should also keep in mind that there aren't any complete maps out there. As awesome as the db map is, it still doesn't have all the vehicle spawns on it.

My friend and I chose this as our home server since we never encountered lag and finally found a vehicle worth using. I also recently found a tent and started building a supply depot in case of death. They just updated it to 1.7.2 today around 7 am est and now it's gone.

I tried plugging in the IP address, but I don't think this is the same server. The player capacity is much lower. Also, my stuff isn't there. Does it make a difference if the port number is different?

I put on a ghillie suit my friend had been saving. His character was a female so he couldn't use it. I didn't think about the trouble ghillies have been causing people recently until after I had already clicked on it. I immediately teleport to the ocean and then back to where I was. Lost everything I was carrying except my tools and my pack+plus stuff in pack. Bye bye AIM14. You will be missed.

People that move up north that aren't looking for military loot are avoiding other players. You're far less likely to engage other players that way. -
Something my friend and I have been discussing is making the zombies not completely aggro on players when they hear sounds. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense for zombies to immediately know where you are based on sound and then haul ass to you. They should be alerted to the area of the sound the same way they are when you throw whiskey bottles. They should maybe run at half speed toward the sound. If they see you, then they aggro.

Your overall point is moot since there has been no mention of balancing the weapons. The removal was glitch caused by fixing the dupe glitch. -

What you're doing is not playing the game. I did the same thing when I started playing Amnesia. As soon as my character started freaking out, I turned the game off. I was so terrified to continue, I stopped playing and haven't been back since. I've owned that game since Christmas.

Just in case you're serious, the camping tent is an item you can deploy. You can store weapons and items in them. Anyone that comes across it can take from it. -

How about the idea that the magazine loaded into my gun still takes a spot in my inventory? -
Is this a bug that others have experienced? I thought it might be the doing of a thief, but I imagine they would have just taken the car and be done with it. The only thing of value in it was a M107+ammo and med supplies, but it still hurts.

This also makes me nervous about stashing things in it. I have a DMR that I want to put in it, but losing another rare sniper would just break my heart. -

So, my buddy and I found one and hid it. I read on the wiki that you should be able to store things in it, but we can't seem to do it. Are there some models that don't have storage?
