Uninstall the older version of DayZ Launcher. Delete any dayz launcher files left on your hard drive. Install the latest version from http://dz.launcher.eu/ and enjoy.

There is no truth to the rumor that canned goods have no effect on your hunger and thirst. It is true however that it doesn't always work, logging to the lobby and back fixes this for me. For me the problem occurs the first time I log on (US 3480) and does not reappear again during my play session. thanks Max

Fishing pole duplicated: hatchet in active slot, pole in carry slot, right click on pole, click return to tool belt. the pole remains in carry position and returns to the tool belt. duplicated. works fine if moved from active position to the tool belt. Casting and catching worked fine, even caught a fish.
