no a hd pavilion g6..... its okay to play dayz but i just want to improve the quality to make it run smoother instead of it lagging every time i run 20 yards

what are the best settings to run arma 2/dayz on?? My pc specs are processor: AMD E2 - 1800 APU with radeon HD graphics 1.70 GHz 8GB ram amd radeon hd 7340g apologies if i got the specs wrong im rubbish with computers
