i don’t get this discussion, this is a game and i don’t get why would someone be offended with infected kids...as someone allready said, it is not like we are going to shoot at real kids.. ...that’s the problem, ppl are accusing music, games, and other arts of art (yes i think making a game is kind of art work), for bad thing that happens around us, but what was with all the bad stuff ppl did before games, what influenced them? Just another way to get our minds of really important shity things that happens in the world, greedy bankers, brokers, corrupted politicians, mad dogs policeman’s, dirty priests, sensless wars, hunger, kidnapping kids for sexual slavery, murdering animals for their fur etc... it is not the art that makes us do bad things, it just the Human nature. And there will always be normal ppl and bad sick ppl.. We have monster kids in so many movies, games etc. Why should this be an issue for anyone, and now we have infected priests in the game, that could also offend some religious fanatics... sry if i am repeating someone’s Qs; but is it possible to get those data: Who has the longest life, who killed most Infected, who inspected most loot spots... I am asking this coz i survived actively playing 72 dayZ playing 3-4 hours per day, weekends even more.. but ye i have to admit last 2-3 weeks i play also lots of DM, other maps etc. so i am not every day in official DayZ..but still i am interested is this kind off a record in DayZ... THX

none of this...check my sig...ye i had luck with hackers, never was on server that was mass nuked...but hackers did switch my gear, teleported me, thundferdomed me, hunted me in the woods with teleporting cars..but i managed to disconnect...

I really hate when i kill someone in this game...but at that moment i had no other options. This is my story: first we meet at NWA with a dude that was in need for a blood transfusion..than we decided to go raid the NWA..And right by that camouflaged building on SE someone shot one of our team mates..Damn.. and so we decided to kill the attacker, and moved outside the wall to get rid of infected..We hear shots STANAG definitely, the same sound we heard when our friend died..So we get back in and by the barracks saw a chick chased by Infected, ye that’s the killer for sure..Took out my DMR and ..One more Murder :( ...But the bad thing was that this was not the right player (didn’t know that right away)...packed my DMR and took out my M4 SD to clear out the infected that were drown to us by the sound of DMR...while clearing the Infected another player pops out behind the corner, first i thought its my team mate but it was not >:( ..We exchanged close ranged fire, got hit pretty bad, but the player ran away and another team mate killed him.. Now i am comforting me that that female character was in team with the other player we killed...so i did what had to be done..and if not: i am sry!!

i know what u mean, sometimes i feel the same, but for now i stay on my current path. I am a lover not killer ;) and that’s the reason why i would implement a punishment for actions like that, i don’t mean in game mechanics punishment, but something like u can have only one name bound to your key, and name tags should be visible, not from 100m but when a player comes close u can see his name...like when IRL u meet someone and introduce yourself.. I don’t have a idea for snipers, but knowing that there can be consequences for their actions, players would think twice before playing dirty.. And this can bring a new aspect to the game: “hey guys on server xx is the player xy that screwed me up last night let’s hunt him down… Just to make this clear if someone didnt get me coz of my bad English: i dont wont any experience points, or game mechanics rewards or punishments..the only experience should be in knowing your way around, your mind and fingertips, build your skill...but yes there should be a way for players to punish someone... :lol: ye i know, i will burn in hell...for me there shall be created the 10th circle of hell ...

damn...thats why i would like to see player tags..players like that evil dude deserve to be hunted down like an animal...than kidnaped..brought to the far nord, break his legs..and just leave him there..

i am ok with all the guns, high powered snipers, DMR etc...but in my opinion the L85 lws should be removed, it really gives an unfair advantage, coz i can see players from over 700 m lying on the ground. So i dropped my L85 for a DMR..it was just to easy to play with it, not even a small challenge when u play with thermal... And of Corse in standalone i would remove the 3dp option...it also gives an stupid unfair advantage, i can look at player without even a small peaking behind the walls, or trees.. just my opinion...

I was playing it last night, ye in buildings specific for this map, there was almost no loot, but search for loot able building that u know from Cherno map, there should be loot. And than there is an airfield with like 20 barracks, and hangars... But i didn’t like the map, its boring and all u have to find is an AS50 or m107 and head to the desert (not my game play style but sniper kiddies will do it for sure..) and find an elevated point, lie down and snipe...unless u are in the Cities, u can be seen from over 1 km away... But if u like vehicles, that is the right map for u, my teammates found like 5 choppers, cars with guns mounted etc.. And yes if a Infected gets agro on you in the desert he will chasse u till the end of the map, or the next city u come across, no trees to hide in the desert… My favorite map is still Cherno…

I tried the new map, and i dont know..not impressed, but had a funny encounter in the desert. Was running after this dude for a while .. and rest u can see .. :D "it was like this; raiding fire station, ???, a player comes out from the desert , damn i have only revolver with 2 clips, but i don't wont to run away...so i decided to go towards him...he starts to run back into the desert...i follow for like 3 min., turned Fraps on, continued to follow. Than the player shoots at me, than i shoot back, than he chased me with an axe, i run away, player stops chasing, i go back...we decided to not axe each other till death..And go separate directions.. And that all in middle of desert.."

how can i join you, or how can i get on the list for the mentor/medic..when i am not hunting Infected, or snipers, helping my team to raid .. i help new or glitched players to get on their feet. Bringing food to starving players, helping when they are hurt..or just body guarding/over watching freshly spawned players until they get the gear...No i wont give away my gear that is in our camp, rather that that i am showing players how to raid towns without 1 bullet shoot, showing where usually snipers sit and wait..etc But as the Croatian DayZ Community isn’t that big i am slowly running out of business, that’s why i wont to join you.. This is just a game and u cant implement all the RL stuff in the game coz the game mechanics don’t allows it, i like dayz coz its kind of hard core game, and not some arcade like other games that are on the market...but searching for rl realism in the game is over expected, it just cant be done right now...once when we will have holorooms like in Star Track we can expect the realism (but honestly i am not sure that in holodeck i would be playing DayZ, more games like playboy mansion :)) To all grammar Nazis... try to understand that not all of us have learned English in school, some of us just learned it through life and experience.. second, try notice what is written and what the person wonted to share with us, not how its written. That person speeded his time and effort to share his thoughts with us, yes it is clumsy but don’t trash us just coz we don’t know English so good as u do.. ...and knowing your native language so good that u can trash other people is not that big achievement in life, it is kind of normal...i know my native language perfect, and still never laugh on tourists in stores or cafés when they try to order something, usually offer my assistance and try to help.. It would be much constructive for all of us when u se some mistakes, just send us PM with how it should be and i will edit the txt and give you the credits, and u will have a new friend and someone that respects u like a person... ye ..it is hard to make the right decisions...myself when i am in inferior position just shoot. if i can control the situation than i try not to shoot on site...but the longer my character stays alive and with all the nice gear i have now...i get more paranoid …and every time i kill some one i feel bad coz i even didn’t try to communicate... yes i play a survival game, and when i wont DM..i go to Electro DM server and have some fun...

ye its AS50 with Thermal, damn that gun... just move it from your main inv. to backpack and the gun will be disappear, leave ammo it is very rare and if u manage to find legit a AS50 it will come handy..

DMR is a one shot one kill gun..but it losses power with the distance...over like 600m its getting weaker. Playing lots of DM lately so I am pretty sure…

plz don’t, just make it impossible for Infected to go trough them..
