    I get this whenever i start to go into a server and then i get stuck on the "waiting for server to authenticate" screen i used to play and my comp had to be wiped thanks to a virus now that i am trying to re-install and run im having this issue. any ideas to fix? PLZ Also on dayz 1.7.7 And arma 103718

    everytime i get to waiting for server to start authentication it just sits there for forever im on updated version of arma 2 as well as dayz 1.7.7 anybody know how to fix this

    Do you have to use steam?

    I like steam i use it for other games, but on the arma 2 website its 12 dollars compared to 40 on steam.

    Hi I took a holiday from dayz but want to return to get some practice in before standalone is out my question is do I have to purchase CO from steam or can i purchase it from http://www.arma2.com/ Where it is only 12 dollars on sale. I realize its the same game in both places i just dont know if one makes patches/ect easier.
