Server: 146.185.31.106:3068 Time Zone: GMT+00 (5:40) Incident: So I was playing DayZ, and a guy comes up behind me in direct but I didnt see how he got there. He gave me a DMR, I thought it was out of good will. Then he gives me a Ghillie suit. When I equip the Ghillie suit, my ArmA 2 froze and I got a pop up from my computer from the windows help saying " What is Data Execution Prevention? Data Execution Prevention (DEP) is a security feature that can help prevent damage to your computer from viruses and other security threats. Harmful programs can try to attack Windows by attempting to run (also known as execute) code from system memory locations reserved for Windows and other authorized programs. These types of attacks can harm your programs and files. DEP can help protect your computer by monitoring your programs to make sure that they use system memory safely. If DEP notices a program on your computer using memory incorrectly, it closes the program and notifies you." So I am assuming by equipping this ghillie was some form of .exe or stealer ect. This "Hacked" ghillie also appeared in a few other peoples inventory. I can't provide any proof of it, as I was not recording and my ArmA shut down. But this is some serious stuff. Also, I logged back in, No DMR or Ghillie. I'm hoping someone can shed some light. Thanks, Vespah.
