Actually, no, they're not meant to leave feedback in the sense that you think they are. They're meant to report bugs, note issues, etc. Feedback is great, but it is not the role of a tester. PLEASE NOTE I'm not saying not to leave feedback. I'm merely pointing out that feedback is secondary.

Like I said MUCH earlier in this thread: It is NOT HAPPENING any more. All weapons that hackers have once used are now gone thanks to server restarts, and so far, no hacker has been able to spawn a weapon for days. This is a non-issue now.

Gabriel's right on the money: It is clear that the 'fireplace' type of crafting will be built upon. Crafting will always be simple in DayZ. You won't be making weapons. You'll be making the basic tools to survive and last, and doing so with natural flow. There won't be some kind of 'recipe' system: All crafting will be very, very self evident.

But you said you DC'd when you felt in danger by bandits. That's exactly the sort of behaviour we're trying to avoid. Either way, I fully agree that this is all secondary. It's not a major issue and should not be put ahead of other features.

But you're a perfect example of a person who does. Regardless, what I'd like to see is a myriad of anti-DC mechanics tried out. This is, after all, an Alpha, and that mechanic must be tested just as much as anything else.
