I have a top shelf computer that used to run dayz on ultra with no problems whatsoever now this damn patch comes out and it lags soo bad that its unplayable.

I have the exact same issue

Ive deleted everything, that didnt help, then i downgraded that did nothing idk what else to do

Ok guys I have been playing dayz for a year now on a very high end computer at very high settings but I get on 2 days ago and download the beta patch and 1.7.7 and every time I go into a game I get horrible stop motion lag and its basically unplayable Ive been looking for other people with this issue but havent really find anyone can anyone help me please?
