Epidemic (DayZ)

I found a military truck today and ran over 30+ Walkers, But I have a question about if it will stay were I put it if no one takes it ? Also will it respawn some were random if the server has a restart ? I just don't wanna loose this amazing vehicle, Fun to run the infected over and store my extra stuff.

Yeah me and my friend have been cruising around the map in it, Storing all kinds of parts I couldn't believe it was in perfect shape when I got it.

I know this is gonna sound stupid but they brought back tents? I thought rocket removed them or something. Also I feel your pain after looking for about 5 hours and getting everything I could possibly need I died from some hacker who killed everyone on server.

I started playing DayZ Around 2 weeks ago and have almost played it everyday, I really like the game and all but I am having some troubles. I can't seem to find very nice weapons, I have some alright one's like the Ak and the M16 but other than that I've had no luck. I loot nice places too I'll loot Cherno and Electro, I've even looted the Baltoa Strip and Base. I wanna find like some heavy guns, Like a sniper or a High tech Rifle. Were do you guys find these amazing guns that I see players with ? ~ Epidemic ~

Well today was by far the most craziest day I have had in DayZ,It all started with me and my friend coming from the woods heading into the balota airstrip. We checked the first hanger for guns and nothing was there, My friend ran into the second hanger to look then I hear shots. I run and see a guy with scary ass face paint and a huge shotty unconscious on the ground, Now were both out of ammo and all I have is a frag grenade. He messages me on steam saying something along these lines " Out of ammo FUCKING RUN " But I did the unthinkable Pressed F twice and Cocked my grenade and ran right at him I hit him with it and as I was running away I got knocked unconscious by the blast. After he helped me up the guys body and the zombies that were around us got completely disintegrated. We then ran into the watch tower to do some blood transfusions and what not, Then we hear a truck and my friend spots someone in the second bunker. I ran outside and into the second bunker and killed him, Then I ran back to the tower were I layed in the grass in the back for a bit. Then He messages me saying the truck is right out front I switched my M16 to burst fire and ran out front, The guy started driving towards me so I think he thought I was his friend. When He got close I killed him and looted him, We then sped off in the truck with my driving. The engine was sluggish and I hit a tree going off road, The truck then exploded and burst into flames and my friend died while I layed there unconscious for 20 minutes. So yeah did a lot of shit today and got absolutely no were, I'd say it was worth it ? ~ Epidemic ~

I would like to join this group if I can, I have Ts3 and take this game very seriously but of course still have fun. I'm 16 but have the mentality of a 21 year old, I have been looking for a group like this for a while.

Just run through a building or an open little shack, Or run up a hill you'll get away.

Honestly I totally agree with you, People buy this game thinking that the actual mod is the game.

I thought I would share with you guys were I have found some vehicles while playing Dayz, If you guys have any spots why not post em. Alright I found a boat a Truck and a Van in Solnichniy, I color codded were I found each one. Black Box: Small Boat right on the coast Yellow Box: Van parked at the Gas station Red Box: Truck parked in the Quarry The Pink box is were you can find Engine parts, Jerry cans and what ever you need to fill and repair these vehicles. If you already have a vehicle post a pic, ~ Epidemic ~

I also found 2 Atv's in this location today, Both of them only needed one tire.

It would be nice to send the dog into a horde of 20+ so I could get away.

I like this light idea it wouldn't give off too much light and would even make the scenery look nicer and add a more realistic effect.

I think the sight on the zombies needs to be toned down a bit, It seems that after the latest update they have like super sight. Before you could crouch past a zombie 10 feet away and he wouldn't even notice you, Now you cannot crawl past a zombie 30 feet away without him seeing you. And when one zombie see's you it seems he calls everyone 50 miles away to join him to chase you, And without a gun I find myself running forever until I can find some stairs or a ladder to get ahead and loose them. Everything in the last update was amazing it just seems this is the only issue and needs to be dealt with. ~ Epidemic ~

I don't know about other people but the new 6 updater that was released for dayz is is just plain out stupid. It's complicated and I don't even think it works right half the time, I think you should go back to the old way of downloading the files and placing them in the correct place.

Are Vehicle's still enabled or when I see them are they from the people using cheat engine to hack to get them ? Also if they are disabled when do you think they will bring them back ? ~ Epidemic ~
