    DayZ Mod 1.7.7 Patch

    Diminished loot tables aren't really a problem. The overpowered zombies that were already fundamentally broken to start with are. If they at least functioned normally without bugs and glitches, and if the game didn't have such shitty melee, aiming and hitboxes, and if they had less vision, and if there were more ways to dispatch of them, THEN it would be a great idea to make the zombies more powerful. Now it just ruins an already very problematic game.

    DayZ Mod 1.7.7 Patch

    Terrible patch. At least you could outrun zombies in previous patches, now having a couple of zombies after you is a death sentence. And of course it's very hard to avoid zombies with their superhuman vision, except at night. It's even harder to fight them because of the increased strength, speed, knockdowns and infections. And that's on top of an already broken combat system with it's awful aiming, glitching zombies and delayed melee. Now servers are starting to break, sending everyone to the debug plains every spawn. No more DayZ for me. Maybe i'll play again if the standalone version is ever released and turns out to be worth something.
  3. UK 410 and US 845 also have this problem. Great patch.
