    Low FPS issue

    I have the same problem since 2-3 weeks (before that the framerate was very good). Now 10 FPS and nearly everything is set to low. I reinstalled Windows 8.1. One day it worked fine. Next day and since then i have the same problem again. My Specs: Intel i7 - 4770 @ 3,4 Ghz (8x CPU) 16 GB Ram Radeon HD 7970 ~10 FPS
