    This new infection thing would be awesome, if the character movement was smoother and quicker. Things like climbing a ladder, changing weapons and getting up after being knocked down are just pain in the ass even without those infected zeds.

    Ain't you just a whiny piece of s.. I found those "frozen" Zeds awesome, nearly shat my pants. And what comes to Crashsite-loots, if those 50 meters are too much for you, my friend, you're playing a totally wrong game.
