I hate people who use this shitty ass excuse of a "rule" to shoot on sight. What the fuck do you expect people to be doing if they find a gun with ammo? Just stick it on their back and let any threat get the advantage? Oh, why is it the KoSer can always have a weapon out, and it's okay, but the other people can't have weapons out or it's killed on sight for them? I don't get it at all, and quite frankly this is a flawed "rule".

Yeah, I def. feel like the bullet damage towards items is messed up at the moment. For example: a little bullet scraping the side of your backpack should not DESTROY 90% of the contents of the backpack along with other items in clothing.

The one thing that has pissed me off that occurred in the DayZ mod with Private Hive server owners is this: They sell their stupid ass load outs on their servers for say 30$ for a fully geared person. The owner *claims* that the money is going towards the server rent cost and shit, but in reality we all know what really is going on. The server gets popular and they start getting insane selling prices on their stupid load out/per month value deals, then the owner gets hella rich on it. Then maybe 20% or so of the actual money goes towards the server rent, then they keep the extra profit all to themselves. Made me really mad, but not because I am jealous or anything, it's because they are cheap scaping their way off someone else's game to pay for their RL issues.

The biggest thing everyone overlooks about tent hiding spots is the coastal spawns. The average person won't look around the coast for tents because they think "well nobody does that!". If you can hide it in a good place, like areas nobody goes to or random areas in forests near the spawn, you are good. In the mod I hid a tent in the Prigoradly mountain forest (area between cherno and elektro) with an M107, Mk 48, and 2 DMRs. Nobody ever found it except 1 day when I barely played anymore I checked it and someone took the M107 but it was after they removed 50. cals so it did 0 damage xD.

When I use my axe, I pretty much just side strafe the zombie and swing the ax at a full 90* angle to get maximum chance of hitting the zombie.

Found an AK-101 while I was looting the Vybor military base and also found one of those ultra storage vest things or whatever you call it. I had 5.56 mm ammo for it since 2 weeks ago at Berezino, someone died in the police station and left tons of 5.56 ammo everywhere along with an acog (was in another story I wrote). Found a mag for the AK too, then stuck a PSO1 and a rail guard on it. I traveled up to NWAF to loot, and was impressed by the zombie navmesh. I saw a hopper zombie chasing me when I ran across the airfield and it looked like a little cute bunny. Shame I had to put it down. I was going to loot the ATC when I saw some dude at the nearest hangar with his gun pointed at me. Took cover behind the fire station on the side to the north. I peeked, and wanted to talk to see if they were friendly, but I heard a bullet wiz at me and decided to settle this in a gun fight. I ran towards the northern barrack then dove into the little ground pit near it. I waited and watched. Then I saw them come running and they saw me. We both opened fire and they hit my leg, but nothing broken or bleeding. Not sure if I hit them either but I sprayed 22 bullets at them. Dove into the trees to the east then killed any zombies chasing me, and sorted out the ammo that got ruined. Then I moved up north more and waited for them. I was scoping out the place with my PSO, when something caught my eye in the trees. I thought to myself "that looks like a backpack...", then a bullet wized by my face. I ran up north toward tent city and waited for them, but they never came. Ran around the whole airfield and scoped out the place but no sign of them. Well, I have to say, the AK-101 has a nice sound effect, and I like it.

Just this update, I feel like the FPS rate has dropped a TON. Those "lag spikes" where your FPS drops to 10-15 when you normally have 40-60 seems to happen way more frequently, and the game is kind of more clunky.

Show no mercy in DayZ, because the people looking you in the eyes have none. Either you will kill, or die trying to be friendly.

But hacker's aren't exactly unstoppable and this may take a while to fix.

I think the M4 dispersion was reduced so it's more accurate this update. Also zombies don't seem to do much damage, I've gotten hit about 10 times over a coarse of 15 minutes while looting NWAF from zombie hits and I didn't seem to take that much damage besides my shirt getting "badly damaged",

Also, yes, they all spawn in barracks + I found the mag in a police station. By the way when I was looting the server I usually go on that is full, it was empty so the barracks looked untouched. Well I opened a door and found 1 60 mag for the M4, and 1 30 mag for the M4, a prestine ACOG and a damaged magpul. Not sure how it got there because all the doors were closed and everything at the NWAF seemed unlooted.
