I'd love to see some hero only stuff, but you're right, people do game the system a bit. Unfortunate, but ultimately unavoidable risk. I think that a lot of "KOSrs" also just shoot out of fear, not just plain old sociopathy.

We understand that the way we play puts us at risk, and gear isn't our priority. I like to look at it like we are a neutral party. We don't bandit hunt and we don't discriminate based on play style. A smart bandit will understand he is more likely to get into trouble than most, so having our service available is more valuable than a one time "thrill." Not to mention our bodyguards are damn fine shots, and I don't always tell the patient if there is one around, so it's basically a toss up if they want to reenact Tombstone.

Basically always keep your stomach full. Eat until it says stuffed, until the messages go away, then eat until stuffed. Rinse and repeat. Mix in some water as well. It takes a bit of time but it's the only way to reduce blur (aside from messing with your graphics settings)

You need to keep eating and drinking till it says "healing" in your inventory. As for the washed out colors, you need a transfusion.

I had this issue with a patient as well. Aside from rest, eat and drink everything in sight (but don't make yourself sick). Try vitamins as well, this may be the result of a low "health" pool (different from blood), which takes time, food and water to recover, disinfect your wounds as well, with Alcohol tincture and disinfectant spray.

It says sodium bicarbonate on the side of the vial. This is used during CPR to reduce acidity of the blood (acidosis) due to a case of deadness. Haven't found a use for it in dayz yet.
