Actually it wasn't staged. I legitimately met this guy about 2 minutes after starting fresh. I had not played since my previous video. At the end of the video he was gone for good. Had I been playing with someone we would have used Teamspeak for communication rather than VON as in my other videos.

It's like a player identification thing. It's shows up on lower difficulty levels. Not necessarily my choice, i just join populated servers.
