thats a laptop.. a dell one too.. people in the shop must of seen you coming... get a refund .. build a desktop if you want any chance to run any game..

no by budget, i mean the best parts for lowest cost... the build i posted , include an 6850 + a coolermaster gx 650 psu and a (albeit cheap) coolermaster case (none of this unbranded/rebranded/chinese junk) an extra 60-65 £ on a much more powerful cpu is a no brainer really, considering the real world difference between the 2 ..... but OP has his heart set on this i3 build so let him be. :P

you can put together an (BUDGET) i5 build for ~£450 , where you got a grand from i dont know...

no you dont need an i5 to run this game, but why waste money on something thats barely upto the job now, let alone in a year-2 years time?

i3's are crap for desktops (crap in general - especially if your buying this rig for gaming ...) get an i5 2500k or 3570k ~ £ 150 + and an Z68/Z77 board depending on what generation of processor you decide (sandy/ivybridge) ~ £ 80 for low end one, but should suit you fine. 8GB of DDR3 ram is ~ £40, dunno anyone these days who has less then 8. half decent case + psu ~ £120 ish for both an HD6850 ~ £90 + add £20/30 for any other bits (aftermarket cpu cooler,thermal paste, extra fans etc) ~£500 total depending on your resolution you play at, that should see you fine for 30+ fps on med/high settings + give you plenty of headroom to upgrade

lol 250 ms ... hope u like shooting rubberbanding people.. anything under 100ms is acceptable, start goin over that and your asking for trouble, good on the admin i say .
