dayz commander doesnt recognize the bi studio arma oa and i cant seem to play . has anyone had this problem ? i havent played any other way for like the last 2 years i always used commander , i just want to play origins can anyone help me out please i havent been able to play the mod in months!

well i just activated the bistudio game with steam hopefully that works really want to play epoch and origins

ok well i downloaded the launcher but it still says cant find arma oa idk im trying to use bi studio arma 2 oa with steam arma 2

everything is real blurry and real big when i start it even the thing that pops up on steam and says press f-12 for overlay is hugge too . and i cant set my res to 1920x1080

i havent played the mod in a while and i had to factory reset my pc . so i use arma 2 from steam and op arrow head from the bistudio store and for some reason i cant get days to play at all i keep getting an error on dayz about directories idk what to do

okgive me a few i have to reinstall it . and another thing when it does install it doesn't make a separate folder for arma oa it gets installed into the arma 2 steam apps common folder

im trying to use steam arma 2 and non steam arma 2 oa how can i have it use the non steam arma 2 oq ? it worked befoe but something with dayz commander changed can someone help ?

well ive always used commander so how would i be able to play using steam arma 2 and non steam oa?

idk why but sometimes when i got to join a server my character is all the sudden back at the coast with no gear . why is this still happening and not been fixed ? wouldn't you think this should probably be done before you start doing anything else ?

its a bit annoying its that long because i wanted to play a game on the experimental server but my gamma wasn't making things brighter for night and you don't start with a torch so i wanted to switch to a day server and now i cant. looks like i will play a diff game .

idk the server i joined didn't spawn with a flashlight

are all the loot at the mil tents gone like the ones in front of balota? every time i go there there's nothing.

instead of just a winter version we should have seasons in game to make it more authentic

idk if they have fixed this but you can delete the building pbos and tree pbos to have mostly everything removed off the map and waalk and kill people through buildings

idk if it has been mentioned before but it would be cool if we could have in game seasons, it would be really cool to have it snowy sometimes that way you can make use of the winter gear and etc plus it would bring more authenticity to the game. for instance during the winter time you have your winter gear and heavy jackets and etc to keep you warm so you dont freeze and snow ghillies to keep you camo, then in the summertime you would have to make use of gear that will keep you cool and if you get to hot you will start loosing thirst alot quicker and you could become over heated and get heat stroke and die lol and if you do become over heated you would have to go swimming to cool your self down fast or take a break for a bit . but i really like the idea of having winter and snow and the other snow gear that could go along with it . then you could add snowmobiles, skis and possibly snowboards and etc. could add a couple of ski lodge areas at the way top of the map thats a high tier loot spot of some sort, and have a huge hill run down to the towns or something. but i just thought of all this when i had a pair of winter hunter pants cuz there useless atm and same with snow ghillie suites that are in the mod .

before the update you had the same char for all servers, but now i noticed there are some servers that you are a brand new spawn and a different character is this a bug or are some servers set like that now ?

i seen a flash of someone in fron of me walking through a forest and got axed. it was like he had a teleport and speed hack

hopefully it gets figured out soon and next patch they fix the exploit with the pbo's .

yeah that was bullshit what just happened, i was looking to die anyway cuz i was bored and wanted to possibly team up with someone and get geared again. it would of been nice to have a firefight with a legit player.

there needs to be zombies everywhere even in the forests i know they are quite buggy now so less is ok but when things get more polished there needs to be zombies everywhere and random hordes through out the forests to make it feel more like a zombie survival game .

edit: i downloaded dart to log into battleeye for my origins server. can someone tell me how to edit the admin messages that come up when you log into the server ?

how do i add custom ai to a origins server?
