Rain dumbs sound down by 50% or makes it travel less further, something along those lines. It might have just been planned to be added, for the rain and fog to have effects on the sound. It might be in some older notes too to confirm.

I've never died. When I used to try to just get a high kill count sniping, that was an easy 50+ a day camping without the AS50 TWS. There are much funner and better things then that.

Is this spawn really that big of a deal? A couple minute auto run and you're dead. Maybe next time you wont get it. Sometimes I like this spawn, they all can be situational.

Not very impressive if the TWS was doing most of the work for you.. 45 or however much in a day with that thing.

So you put fuel in it then right away it leaks out or do you fill it up then on server restart it goes empty? Sounds pretty odd if all the windows are good.

Running around eating meat doesn't sound like it would be too fun after a while. It is about surviving but if you avoid people there isn't much fun in that. This game excels at people interaction. Try messing around with some people sometime. ;)

I love how the player character feels in Arma. It isn't the friendliest or easiest to use but it feels like they actually have to do the motions compared to most games that are jerky and view models. -
Short tale of revenge. Two offroads picking on a hatchback and blowing it up.

You can stop bleeding after losing 6k or so.. I've stopped after losing 9k bleeding out with no bandages.

Not necessarily hostage stories but friends and I have picked up random people and made them hatchet fight to the death.. If someone won a few times in a row we would offer them gear and such.

I stopped bothering checking out all of these maps.. They don't feel fitting or like any effort was put into it when trying to make it playable for DayZ. Pump out those maps! -
It'll feel good stepping away from the mod and going to the standalone, at least I hope it does. A lot to look forward to from the sounds of it. If I do have any characters alive when it comes out they will probably rot. ;)

The hackers will be everywhere. There are a lot of great private hives and communities, that kinda sounds like what you are looking for. Some decent active admins keeping an eye on the players more, still a lot of crappy power tripping ones. The nukes will still happen but the private hives can roll back. -

Many more deaths like this will follow... Then once you get over that you can't get enough of those crazy intense fights in which leave you almost dead or killed, maybe taking a few with you. -
This should be in gallery. Lee Enfield is a great starting gun. 1 shot can easily knock someone out and that's all you need. Not the ideal up close weapon.

If you log out in a vehicle you can get bugged out and stuck in the animation. Someone probably stole it or it slid away.

Are you using commander? Commander screws up my net whenever I launch it and I always get 5000+ ping on servers.. -
