    The bulletproof vest is hardly an advantage. If you are getting shot by something that low caliber they are probably aiming for your head anyways or it's going to take 8 shots. I know when I have a crappy pistol I only aim for the head, if you aren't then you might as well use an axe.

    You will get a new character for their own private hive, like the others. It wont effect the regular DayZ hive character. http://www.arma2.com/arma-2-oa-takistan/index_en.html for some info on the map, assuming this is it.

    They do not share a hive and usually every private server has their own database in which you get a new character stored on.

    Personally would go the more natural way. Cigarettes and alcohol are very destructive. But I definitely agree on those being most peoples priority for stocking up.

    How can you confirm it was him? Anyone can make the server say those messages or change their profile name to that..

    You seem to think EVERYONE grew up like you. The weaker people wouldn't survive long enough to probably find a gun like that but I would find it hard to believe everyone could handle a SAW or some kind of assault rifle.

    Not really, and a lot of these guns after being used would need some major cleaning or they wouldn't work at all. Do you know how to clean a bolt properly?

    I like having a high negative amount of humanity.. I wouldn't want to kill someone with around the same and get up into the +'s.. It could work I suppose of they cap out your + humanity. Some have -500k, -1mil etc. Going from -50k to +500k would seem a bit silly.

    Everyone took that poll except me. I would like to see a lot of the high powered guns removed, they are a lot of fun but feel out of place. The average person wouldn't be able to use one of them properly or know what to do for procedures.

    Don't have to fly it. There are just two gunner seats. Also can't wait for Armored Kill.. :P

    Depends what I am doing but if I am solo(usually when killing everyone) I will go by this.. Do they have a gun? Yes - Kill No - Can I screw with them for fun? If not, probably killing depending on where we are. I don't want someone to pick up a gun and get the jump on me. ;) If we are doing party vehicle then I only shoot at those who endanger the driver, other guards or passengers. :P

    Hmm, I think my friend had a similar problem.. I really don't know how to fix that. I'd try dropping it all, picking it back up, getting rid of the mag it keeps reloading, maybe find all new mags or another M9SD. :S

    It reloads the mag with the highest amount of ammo. Are the other ones almost empty too? Ammo does not refill itself anymore. Look at the green bars beside the mag to get an idea how much is left in each..

    I wouldn't be sad to see the two .50cals gone. I almost all the time have an AS50 on me because there isn't a better weapon, specially having NATO rounds.

    Make sure you are trying to connect to a server running the same DayZ version nd beta patch(or a lower beta patch than yours).
