The game is bad, but yet they had some good ideas or developments? Doesn't make sense. DayZ can't benefit from anything related to WarZ, period.

I remember spawning near Balota the other day. I ran straight to military loot spots but nothing was left behind.. Suddenly a guy with a M4 tried to kill me but I was able to lose him, he didn't put much effort in hunting me down since I was equipped with a baseball bat and nothing else. I was watching closely what he was doing and started to follow him without being noticed... only a few feet distance between us, waiting for that perfect moment. He was checking out the houses in Balota and once he entered a small barn I started to sprint, entering the barn and swinging for his head. I managed to hit a blow to the head and he went down but I didn't stop swinging for 3-5 seconds just to be sure he's out.

I had the best times while playing alone. The feeling of being on your very own adds to the immersion IMO. Just yesterday I encountered 2 other survivors which were heavily armed and the fact of taking both down on my own was greatly rewarding. Plus I find myself learning more about how to survive most effectively since there's nobody else to blame than myself. Playing in groups can be great fun too, tho :)

I love this game for making people angry! I've been pissed so many times and I ALWAYS come back and always will.

Expect to die anytime for no reason or don't play the alpha. It's really that simple. The game in it's current version (alpha) is not capable of providing the full experience and if you expect otherwise you'll be cursing all day.

KoS is part of the game and it has greatly decreased since you can restrain people IMHO. I doubt that more zombies will aid the KoS due to the fact that they are no threat but simply give away your location if you aggro. I know the zombie KI is being work on but it will take a very long time until they are effective.

About 20 hours but I got killed by ghosting. I was looting the prison at NEAF and all of a sudden someone was standing next to me and shot me in the face. This game will be so great after they fix ghosting, server-hopping and combat-logging. These things happen far too often and break the immersion, which prevents me from being attached to my character and therefore my will to survive is not as strong as it could be... Still love the game, tho.
