    how to back up save file??

    FLank_Sinatra posted a topic in DayZ Mod Troubleshooting

    I wasn't sure if maybe the save files are backed up server side, but before formatting my HDD I wanted to make sure I'm not going to lose my save file. I went to Libraries-Documents-Arma2-Saved-mpmission but all the dayz_*.chernarus folders are empty. Anyone have an idea if I need to save a file or if it's server side? I have it installed through steam if it matters. I saw two files under Arma 2 called *.Arma2OAProfile and *.ArmA2Profile I backed them both up, is that all I need?
