Maybe research more on PC hardware before purchasing one and wasting money on this.
-
As i said we were on the same server and yes we were looking at the same area.
-
Thanks for the help :)
-
any links to where I can learn to do that? I already know the Config ones but I have no idea on the Parameters
-
It happens to me too. When I'm not doing anything intense it stays are lower speeds but when I am doing something such as a game it goes over to what i clocked it to I've also heard that overclocking decreases life of the CPU :/
-
Nope we are both running at the exact same graphic setting. We both haven't edited the Cfg files

I've been playing dayZ for a while and i really need to get a new build so i picked the parts and i came to the CPU i cant really decide what i should get the i5 3570K or the FX-8350 because Arma2 is a CPU intensive game. I already know that all 8 cores wont be used. UPDATE: Check this video out by TekSyndicate about this topic. : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4et7kDGSRfc&feature=youtu.be&t=7m4s Screenshot of the video(If your lazy :D) : The dark shades are the overclocked.

if you have dayZcommander go onto recent servers

i would save up for a really good computer just be patient because i wasn't patient and i strait away built a pc for 600 dollars and i regret it. If you need help with your new build just msg. :)

Also this is the parts i want to get Intel: https://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=wish_lists&wlcId=169105&action=wish_lists AMD : https://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=wish_lists&wlcId=208999&action=wish_lists Also in that review they set everything to its highest, I don't need the best graphics all i need is FPS and how its looking i might get well over 60fps - 80 fps because of the low res i will be using and my settings. Also the visibility is all the way up ill probably only set mine to 2000.
-
thank you :D
-
I will be playing at 1366 x 768 or if i get a new screen (maybe i will) i will play at 1920x1080

it means In-game hackers, They cheat to get items and kill everyone They wont harm your computer as long as you don't download any file thats about dayZ that seems suspicious other than DayZCommander. then they could get ya key and swap it with a fake/Banned key.
-
http://www.battleye.com/ 2nd article people This is why you dont download dayZ shit other than dayZ commander and six player. (DayZ commander recommended)
-
i just made a server with my computer and i'm getting about 50 - 60 fps on very high normally i'd get about 20 - 25 fps but i think i know why. The server host, it depends on what server host the server is using, If its using villayer / dayZ.st well ofc its going to be bad fps.
-
The servers are to blame for the fps...
