Bloodpacks are useless now. Hatchet, knife, matches and a cow are all you need for rediculously fast healing. Given that those items are abundant (spawn rate of matches seems to be higher than before), I never considered a bloodpack quest as worthy investment.

Same here. Update: I managed to find server I can enter. No joy though, lags and glitches.
