    If you are using Steam, go to Verify Data Cache and let it check. Mine found 2 files invalid it needed to download again. Can't remember it saying which files.. After that, the file transfer speed was fine again. If you don't have steam, it seemed to be the OA files, nothing to do with mods. Might cut down some time on the search
