muby (DayZ)

recently i let my friend go on my steam and download everything needed to play dayz. but now that i would like to play and he is signed out of my steam it doesnt let me join a server and blames it on connenction but my internet and ping is fine until i try to join a server. please help thanks!

when i try to install the dayz mod in DayZ Commander it says stuff but in paraenthies (404) error, what have i done and what do i need to do to fix it. also next to ARMA II it says reinstall do i need to do that?

do i install battleeye? Sorry if this is a dumb question i just dont want to mess up the proccess.

i have installed ARMA II and ARMA II operaton arrowhead but can i just download the dayz mod from steam and be good to go or should i get the dayz commader or whatever its called? Please help. -Muby
