You wont be able to run it, if you wanted to run it on a laptop youd really have to splash the cash

Seems like your cpu is bottlenecking you a bit, i would reccomend getting an fx6300 -

20-30 fps currently is my guess but im not sure how much the new cpu will improve performance. Although it should help alot

You seem to have something against amd. Why?

Id reccomend going the Amd way for your cpu and gpu since youre on a budget. Id reccomend a hd 7770 for your graphics and an fx6300 for your cpu.

But with the extra money spent on that 4th gen cpu you could remove that bottleneck.

Your gpu is seriously bottlenecking your system id reccomend an i5 3570k and a gtx 760/770Get them and you will run 40-60 fps on very high settings.

Very high settings 40-60 in towns 50-70 outside of them.

With amd it is more bang for your buck, but intel is supposedly a bit better for gaming.Imo its about preference :)

Whats with the gtx 650'and the i7 3770k? Get something like a 670 and an i5
