Hi. I bought Arma 2 combined ops on steam about a year ago, and never had any problems installing the beta patch. Though now I have a "Bad CD key" error when installing the patch. I have searched a bit on internet, no answers. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, it worked, I deleted the beta folder, ignored the error, and it installed the patch.

So, I was thinking about something while I was running in a forest while it was raining. In real life, when you run in the mud under rain, you leave pretty distinct footprints behind, witch would disappear within minutes. Why not introduce something like this in the game? It would initiate "tracking" players. Also, when you run in the mud, then go run on concrete, like in a city, you would also leave footprints. You could also set-up traps that way, by running backwards. There could also be an item that could show how much mud you have on your shoes, and remove it to avoid making too big of a mess in cities.

I like the cargo plane idea, but the zombie idea, not so much. I think the zombie idea would cause a massive lag on the server (If you want zombies to infest a whole city, you need hundreds of zombies) If the cargo is crashing, the boxes could drop.

So that was the funny taste...

I found about 15 to 20 heli crash sites in my DayZ experience. Most of them had bad stuff/had already been looted, only found one set of NVGs, a couple million FN FALs, 5 bizon SDs, 3 m14s, 2 m107s, and medical supplies, none of the legendary crash site weapons like FN FAL with NV, L85, etc.

Raging on the forums won't get you anything but laughs.

I call them zombies cuz the debug monitor says they are zombies.

I don't remember the server, and it was between cherno and the NW airfield, though it was about 2 months ago.
