Why's that? Looking to give a mod a go.

Hi guys. I'm having a difficult time finding any place that compares the different mods available for DayZ. I could really appreciate some recommendations on what to play. I have a decent amount of vanilla DayZ experience. I played it for a weeks a few months ago. After my first awesome character who had everything died, I had my fill for a while, and now I'm back for more. Origins looks pretty good to me. Does anyone recommend it? Takistan also looked good. What am I looking for ideally? A more polished mod instead of a more in work one, with lesser bugs (as things go for mods for mods). I like complexity but I don't think I'd go to the great lengths of building bases or mining or some of the other really more complicated stuff. I generally always solo, 'cuz I'm an anti-social gamer, so would like to self-admin blood bags. I like realism, but not to the extent where it just takes away from the fun (for example vanilla Dayz's system is pretty good, but would not like a game where I could get athlete's food if I don't use a special anti-fungal on my feet every 18.6 days. ) Open to any opinions or any links to someplace that does a good job about going over the general details of the mods available.
