Happens on every server. Like everything is fine up until i enter a city and my ping sky rockets

Hey there recently i have been receiving ridiculously high ping when entering a town. This has never happened ever before and just about a week ago it just started happening. Can someone help? 4000+ Ping

Finally made an account. Was happy to find out why the server is down. Hopefully it gets back up soon!
