    Hi - I have tried submitting tickets amd have requested 2 instance ids. I would like to setup a couple servers. I have plenty of resources with various configurations. I am not sure what the turn around time is but I have requested one ID over 2 months ago and again recently a week ago. I have read the FAQs and forums. I hate to make a forums post, but am worried that something never got processed. Thanks in an advance and sorry for the post. It just seems a little long now. -Ron
