I server hopped in Zelenogorsk about 8 times for a gas cooker on experimental, after nearly three hours of legitimately searching from Svetlo to Lopatino. I only wanted to see if anything could be cooked in 0.42! I did it for the science! For the Alpha! I only hit the grocery store, restaurant and barns repeatedly, never touching the military base or police station, in order to lessen my sin. I can also tell you when I logged in at one point and heard a person using a cooking stove in the floor below me, to which I waited until they left. I am not a crook. I can tell you that the cooking pot now slowly heats up in the inventory, with the grey background turning from grey to a dark red over time. You can then take the heated pot off of the cooker while it's still hot and put it in your inventory. I've tried putting all manners of food and drink in there to no avail.

You can always just continue playing the mod rather than trying to impose your opinion of fun and change the direction of the Standalone. You can always do that.

This is a well thought out theory. I really enjoyed reading. There are some mass graves in the Standalone. One being at a burned out bus on the side of the road at the entrance to the Otmel docks. The docks right across from Skalisty. Could it be that the military did the same thing in Otmel and then just killed the people on the side of the road as they were getting off at the docks? Maybe they thought Skalisty was safe...

Things are a bit different on Experimental now. You will vomit more often if you fill up to 'Stuffed'. So you will either need to walk or rest until it goes away. I don't even fill up to stuffed anymore, as it got too annoying. Also, with the recent patch, it took longer to gain healing or healthy status. And it no longer indicates if you are getting blood or not.

And? This is proof that people have way too much time on their hands. I just got lost in all the bullshit about the indicators and what not. It's like watching OJ Simpsons trial when they were talking about how blood splatters and dries. Jesus... Haters gon hate. It's hard to survive inland when you don't know how. Still, it's obvious you are looting the coast and/or towns near the coast. You have to head inland.

So... a temporary blood loss solution whilst in a combat or escaping danger... something like putting pressure on your wounds... I think he is asking why doesn't our character automatically hold his wounds. I understand now. The grammar wasn't there. But I got through it. I too would like to see something like this. Not an auto function, but maybe holding down space bar with empty hands to slow your blood loss.
