Im trapped in the middle of the NW Airfield with low blood, surrounded my zombies, and playing SOLO. What should I do?!

Ok, I had this problem, and it would kick off every 10 seconds. What I did to solve it is to put the quality at VERY Low. Resolution at the lowest it can get, and put vision at 600. Basicly, place every video setting on the lowest it can go.

Im looking for semi-new players to Dayz who knows all the basics, like no walking on pavement. Basicly a non-pro team of simple survivors. (2-5 People Team)
