The SA will be way better optimized and should be easier to run. I heard that zombies and loot are all server side in SA, which will fix all the lag.

I like normal DayZ the way it is, because it brings back the old feeling of DayZ months ago. It'll never be the exact same, but I personally like normal DayZ the way it is.

Hello, my name is Nick, as you can probably tell from my username. Anyway, I've been playing DayZ for about 3-4 months now, and I'm looking for people who want to play Chernarus on public hive, as private hive lags my current computer, due to the extra things private hives add. Anyway, I'd appreciate it if you were 13+, and you need to have a microphone and skype. Also, I'd appreciate it if you knew your way around the map, so I don't need to point you in the write direction. Lastly, I'm 13, so if you can't stand playing with a younger person, then I'm sorry. When I get my new computer, I may play on different mods like Origins etc. but for now, only Chernarus public hive servers. So yeah, stupidest thing you've done? For me, it'd have to be that one time I was in Vybor, and was preparing to go into the NWA, and I was in the supermarket. At the time I had an alice pack, and I found a british assault pack on the floor. So I though "Hey, it's bigger so I'll switch out my alice pack." I had never switched a backpack before, but had watched people do it on let's plays. Anyway, I thought that when I take the Assault pack, it'd drop my alice pack so that I could take the stuff out of it, but nope, my alice pack disappeared. So I google'd it, and apparently you had to manually drop your alice pack. Not like I lost a DMR and all of my medical/food loot D:

Alright, I'll look into it. However, what kind of FPS do you think I'd get in cities etc. with an I3? I'll likely be getting an I5 for my birthday.

I'm building a new computer mainly to play DayZ with a higher frame rate, and a few other games, but that's beside the point. I just want to know if this build would run DayZ on normal/high settings with post-process and anti-aliasing turned off, of course.
