There is a differance between survival and if get seen by a zombie as you spawn your dead. There is no blood bags what so ever

The patch has been Downloadable on dayzmod.com since yesterday so... I am also playing main hive

I have been playing with a few friends for around 3 days now and realized that the loot has been dramatically decreased there is no medical boxes at all, there is barley any loot in the hospitals if there is it is mostly empty tin cans. Does anyone have any information as to why this happening?
