LVG can you explain what it is you did? I've fixed this issue just by reinstalling through steam, however if there is a faster way to do it that would be very much appreciated.

I can confirm he was teleporting. I was riding a bicycle down-hill to escape his gunfire. Every time I thought I was out of range I would look back and see him right behind me. He was wearing civilian clothing and was using a silenced full auto weapon. When I realized it was a hacker I logged out.

Here's the story. I stumbled across your camp, took your Ural, blue van, and red sedan. I left you the tractor. I hid all the vehicles well, but what surprised me was that someone stole the ural just minutes after I hid it. Not sure how that happened, but whatever. I tracked down the ural but all I saw was a blown up hull by a house with dead bodies around it. So thanks for killing the dudes that stole the truck from me, but they were not the same players who stole it from you. Your red sedan was just blown up by a hacker so I'm afraid you won't get that back. Also to anyone currently playing on North Carolina 3, there is a hacker teleporting around killing players and he cannot be killed with guns.

I don't think players should be banned for server hopping, but other players in the area really need some sort of warning. Just the other day I was by a heli crash and a play logged in right next to me and shot me. I feel there should be some sort of warning system if a player logs in near your position. Maybe a sound.
