    Stroll around the map and you'll be sure to find a few camps with some cars :)

    We sometimes have that problem on EU27 (After a server reboot). So we do a second reboot and the cars appear.

    Doesn't really matter. Hit up all the houses/barns/shops/hunting stands you find, and you'll have decent gear in no time. Which you could use to kill those veteran sons of bitches! :)
