Find a chess board or a deck of cards. Ability to engage in game of chess or war with a player nearby via scroll menu.

If ONE zed is around and you have a knife there should be a way to walk up and stab it in the face. period.

I would like to see a better zombie apocalyptic scenery. lets face it Ele and cherno look more like abandoned ghost towns than a setting for a zombie apocalypse. Maybe houses or scenes that have that biohazard symbol everywhere.

single player option that is not affiliated with multiplayer whatsoever sure. but lets release the SA and see what happens first.

You should be able to execute a zed or two silently with a knife. Walking up and sticking a kitchen knife down its throat should be easy, quick, and silent. Would be nice to have a fancy animation to go along with it. Downside would be being exposed to zeds around you. Taking said knife kill in the presence of aggroed zeds would cause them to have a great chance to fatally damage you.

Campsites with dead bodies laying around in the forest. Cribs in bedrooms Tipped over dressers and tables More realistic car crashes. (not just the same disabled car randomly everywhere)

I totally agree, i'm not talking about just gore. I see refrigerators with rotten stuffs in them with bugs swarming around, Roaches crawling around kitchens. Bedroom scenes where pictures are turned over and broken, with half packed suit cases laying around.

with a body tho. Still in the same ballpark in what i have visioned, If there is not a body have the blood to support it. blood trails leaving the room or into a closet that can be opened? that would make the fuzz on my kiwi's stand up in the middle of the night.

this would most definitely be a incredibly rare thing to happen. i go hunting and don't see so much as a fly from 3 days walking around the forest. maybe i'm a terrible hunter, but still..

At E3 i did see a bit where they added blood to a piano in a house. baby steps.

I would like to see another aspect that affects combat. Exhaustion. would be a great example. you would get the drop on some one that just ran 3 miles. not talking about being winded. Being well fed, hydrated, healthy, (as in not taking any damage) , and rested you would have a SMALL edge on people. aim better, move more faster and quieter. Maybe "sanity" wouldn't be the way to go. imo call it something else.
