well , what is the problem with my current system? only the CPU? GPU? RAM?

got any sulotions? my current CPU handles what i want , im happy with him. currently i dont have enough money to upgrade Motherboard , CPU and all of what i need to.

Hello , i've got a pretty good PC. GPU : AMD Radeon HD 6850 RAM : 4GB CPU : Intel core 2 quad Q8300 2.50GHz And my fps is : Cherno and big cities : 8-18 FPS Outside big cities : 30 - 40 FPS (40 is when really really far away from cities) In normal cities : 20 ~ 25 FPS and its annoying. in cherno i cant play! i changed the GPU stuff in the .cfg file to 1 changed everything to low disable post-proccess effects AA - Disabled Drivers are updated vsync - disabled. and it still have low fps. Please help me. (Video memory = Default , i use these launch parameters : -CpuCount=4 -maxmem=4096 -winxp -exThreads=7)
