Meh I think they should just remove the new threat or the viral zombie. I don't really agree with them. I mean it's not realistic! If a zombie was real then there certainly wouldn't be a magically better zombie now would there? Bullshit I say.

I wish zombies DIDN'T continuously spawn. It's been in dayz awhile now maybe even forever idk but it's frustrating. I pull up next to a fuel tank and then 50 zombies run at me. As soon as I down them all which I'm sure a few spawned during that duration I go over and start filling a jerry can and two more run out of the blue and begin hitting me taking my health down even more then what the first few waves of zombies did. And I'm infected again :( Stashes So they added stashes with being similar to tents and I'm confused. A medium stash which takes two rare items in the game to make and it is rather easy to see due to size and construction but yet it can only hold ONE and I repeat ONE weapon. It doesn't make any sense. A tent which looks to be smaller can hold Ten weapons yet a stash which could be 50ft deep can only hold one? I feel it should be able to at least top the tent. http://postimg.org/image/y81qcrror/ Also Tents do not appear to be saving on private servers has anyone else had any issues with this????

I think we should be able to have 3 weapon slots - A primary weapon slot - A melee weapon or pistol slot - Another primary or Pistol slot Using 2 primaries and a big melee weapon should come at consequences though. You should be a little more clumsier and be loud ( Like dog the bounty hunter loud ) from an excess weapon clinging around. I mean it's doable so why can't we do it in dayz?

Yeah I've found many crashes now with maybe one weapon. That's if I'm lucky. I feel there should be bodies of all the crew with gear scattered near them. We should at least be guaranteed to get 1 weapon assuming it's not looted.

Yup this is a glitch with ghillies and camo clothes. Beware your clone will run to and attempt to drive/fly vehicles. A friend said one actually got in his heli and crashed it :P -

Well the idea is you never leave there. You just sit around and survive... I mean then you won't get shot from "asshole" bandits and you would never break your bones. People will never shoot you nor will they find you. If they do? Well you'll probably see them yourself because you don't have anything else better to do other than play with yourself and scan the fields every 10 seconds. -

I want to have a zombie speed that is normal running but not a full on sprint. From what I understood they are fast as they are now because they could never keep up from the path finding system so they had to run faster to do so. Now if it was fixed they should have like a jog which may be slightly faster then running but slightly slower then a full on sprint. -

I'm pretty sure Rocket said something along the lines of it. It was if someone has night vision and you shoot said person in dah face. Well the night vision will be damaged/destroyed. -
Infection I would say majority of people hate this and I do too for good reason. Antibiotics are hard as f*%# to find now because you have bambis dying and respawning dashing to hospitals now because guess what? EVERYBODY needs a handful of antibiotics so you better stock up while you can. However I like what it had us do though. Our whole group had to make a dangerous trip into Cherno for the antibioitics. Just it was really annoying and rather frustrating to be eaten up by the infection the whole entire trip because we all had it. And we also didn't find anything... so maybe for the current mod instead of an annoying high infection rate you can get a sprained arm or leg which severely affect travel or aiming. This would have the same desired effect but less agitating to deal with. Viral Zombie I'm not too excited or even really interested in a zombie that is genetically superior and harder. Now by all means they can be physically with armor and stuff but I still wouldn't desire one in dayz even in SA with it's own special infected model unless it was an undead military soldier with body armor. I guess I just feel it's not really a thing in the game but that's just an opinion. Maybe it's just annoying to shoot a zombie expecting it to die then being all like "What?? aghh *pew pew*" Knockdown This would be cool if it just didn't have the poor limitations of the current arma 2 engine. Sometimes Zombies spam it on you making it really annoying or even worse where if you are jogging backwards they can hit you which makes you run forward and dive into either more zombies or just past the one that hit you. Honestly I would prefer in SA where if you were cornered by zombies or they knocked you down they should be able to dog pile you where only if you have a friend you can get them off. Zombie aggro I don't know what they did but when a friend was looting Stary normally zombies swarm you but when I hovered my heli near the end of the tents all the zombies ran under and just stood there which I thought to be really cool and actually one of the most helpful things I've yet to see in dayz. Rarer Loot Cool and I'm actually all for it. I love being happy for the little things but I'm not sure if this actually works for a private hive because of the server control for the loot spawn. Hopefully it at least does until the admin changes it especially since the admin pbos and stuff had to all be reset to default. Overall i'm pretty happy with the update except for the infection. I feel it's the most unbalanced thing always forcing you to shriek every time you get hit. I also wonder every time I look back at the zombies if they are running faster than before :/

You want to survive in dayz? Ok then. You will need: Hatchet Hunting Knife Matches Water Bottle A Tin Can Go find someplace with fresh water and an animal spawn like Phoeba Dam then kill animals and obtain water while occasionally boiling it with the fire to treat for bacteria. Now you can survive forever. -

Zombies are dangerous for all the wrong reasons. They are spazzy as hell and are rather fubar now. They infect you all the time because you can't not obtain aggro forever and many times you turn around and they zig zag around all your bullets running super speed and they hit you maybe infecting you. They will see you and you can't kill them because you have to put down everything to get out a melee weapon unless you want to get a horde chasing you. And now they can hit me if I even run near them or around them. If their speed was toned down it would be a little better. As for the infection either make it really rare to something like them breaking your bones since or add them where they can bite which is a slower attack that has a 100% infection rate. Currently our squad is about dead now because we all have this infection from the insanely high infection rate. We all ran to cherno in the hospitals but they have no antibiotics because they don't really spawn much and now everybody needs antibiotics. -
I've found 3 rather quickly and yet 1: nothing 2: some pellets and a HE grenade 3: ammo box The server was just restarted and i probably had the only helicopter with like 10 other people on including 4 friends. There was no clear circle and the loot was really far away compared to the normal. It was like 50m but I did find rpk mags so that's something. On a private hive btw.

I'm not really sure how I feel about it. Above ground bases won't stay because you can't guard them long enough and somebody will find it within days but underground bases are too safe :/ -

Not necessarily. I know one that currently just kind of like "I won't be with the server much longer anyways" and doing sorta bad things. He's not killing everybody but he does reveal positions sometimes to his buds sometimes as well as fixing vehicles and such. -

You know what you could also add on to this? Vultures/Buzzards. As for now when you kill somebody flies just swarm them but that could be removed or just dulled down so they would come a minute or so after death and not be as rampant. Now the idea is that when your hiking or whatever in the forest you might look up and see buzzards or whatever circling either a player near death or a body. Imagine you are unconscious and you can faintly see buzzards just kind of gathering awaiting your death. This will add immersion and can possibly give signs of when the player was killed. Maybe they are actively feasting like they just started so maybe the killer is nearby?

NOT IN THE MOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly I think it's going to be slapped onto the mod very sloppily as in when your not holding it you assume the position of holstering like when you double tap ctrl and when you hold to aim you come directly out aiming... the issue is with this is more than likely to fire I will have to completely stop moving to raise my weapon and fire. It will add on to the already terrible CQC but if it's smoother in the SA then yes because people don't just walk up to people with their barrels in each others faces unless they have bad intentions :blink: -

Well it might already be implemented with Rocket having something to do with when you log off you stay in the game for like 15 - 30 seconds. My only concern is I have this meta game thought of... well lets say you've got someone pinned down behind a wall and you both stop firing for a second.Your going to have three initial thoughts... 1.) Is he just waiting to make a move? 2.) Is he trying to disconnect and I need to charge now? or 3.) Is it wanting me to think he is disconnecting but he is really going to blast me as I walk around the corner?

Yup because that is so unlikely to happen...However I think as a better alternative would be to just do something similar to EVE Online where if you alt f4 your still in the game until your aggro timer runs out or maybe in this case 30 secs no matter where your at. This way if your safe then you will be fine but otherwise you'll be shot by someone passing by.

What's your take/opinion on vehicle ramming?

More importantly choppers and planes. I can say I've been rammed quite a lot with at least 10 times in the past few weeks. Generally we are hovering or something after looting bodies and sites nicely stocking the chopper with ever so precious gear and someone yells "Chopper!" and something dives into us. Most of the time a mere bambi or hacker. On dayz zombieland the server I play on which is down because of the host being ddosed again... *sigh* there are added ospreys which are really cool and a tank essentially but then there is the problem. They go 400kmph and you can't out fly them :/ they WILL get you eventually and you will lose your heli or die trying.
