My CPU is running at 20% and my GPU at 50% I have these settings (FXAA LOW) Any idea what the problem is?

Hello, on dayz commander, if i download a new map, how do i know if its only a dayz new map or a special mod? Like if i add Origins i know its origins mod on Taviana. But if i install taviana map on commander, will be able to play dayz only on Taviana? Thanks
