    True, very true, but if we only have a set of weapons (Soviet), I wouldn't be very entertained in seeing them over and over again. Of course, this would be in the far future, but its still true. Now, I can't say much on this at all because I don't know anything about Chernarus, if its real at all, but a spin-off could be that the U.S. Military was there and was in war with the Soviet for some random reason. This would give a reason for U.S. (or possibly any type of weapon) weapons in Soviet territory. They could be rarer, but only act like Mountain Dew (no benefit in having a U.S. weapon if it takes the same bullets, just is different looking)

    ^^^^^^^THIS^^^^^^^ This should, at least, be added to the SA. It would give people a reason to try to kidnap you, rather than shoot-on-sight. Just to add to it, there could be all the blood types (A, B, AB, and O). O can give to everyone, but receive only other O's, A can give to and receive from AB and A, B can give to and receive from B and AB, and AB can receive from all but give only to AB. Also, you might be able to give yourself blood from a blood-bag........but chances are, probably not. Instead of a "success" every time you transfer blood to yourself, there could be a very high chance of failure. This would keep the no-shoot-on-sight mentality, but it would provide a possible thing to do if you need blood but have no one. It would add a risk to either try to save yourself (or die trying), or to trust the next guy (if there is another player around)/

    For the gun pack, exactly, pin point on, what you said. (industrial, medieval, sci-fi). I didn't know that the SA wont support mods.....which completely destroys this idea (for now). :P O well, it was only an idea. Hopefully they will eventually support mods.

    Its a great idea.........for a smaller server. There would be absolutely no locked houses after the first day or so, because if someone ever actually wanted to camp one spot, in the middle a an attraction site for players, and they did create a locked house and all, it would be completely destroyed by the next guy who has a gun. It is human nature to be curious, and sometimes destructive. As a result, the player would just break down the door because they don't want to have to find another key, and they just want to get in.

    Hello there! I have been wanting something in Day Z for quite awhile now, and with the standalone coming out, nows my chance to say it. I want to see player-made guns and zombies in DayZ. The whole idea behind it is that there could be a program of some sort, or possibly just a forum for it, that allows players to create a weapon/zombie to their own liking. Of course, you might say that people could make them overpowered or underpowered, and how would they even be implemented into the game? Well, instead of just one or two guns/zombies, it would be a pack of 10-30. As for the actually putting them in-game, there could be custom servers for that (with the new spawning system, it could work). Any packs that are highly liked/used could then be submitted into the DayZ forums, and judged to see if they should be implemented or not. This would allow for a ton of new weapons, all of which you can chose to your liking. Of course, there will be problems with this idea, but thats why i'm posting here. I accept any new ideas or thoughts that this is stupid, as long as you keep it respectful.
