(mostly ;)) DaRT is using a library which is using an unreliable protocol (RCon) which is based on an even more unreliable protocol (UDP) together with a pretty crappy server software - problems are pretty much expected to happen. I am pretty much done with DayZ due to lack of time and support for server hosters which is why development is going alot slower now. Beside, what if I told you that open source does not mean freeware or vice versa? An open source application might as well cost money while a freeware application might not have a public source. The flags are received from a public country API and then stored locally. My API key probably got locked by now because of the traffic that DaRT caused which can make the flags stop to appear.

It depends on the reputation of the player. They are not unbanned in a matter that all their records are gone, I just bumped up their reputation depending on the report(s) they already got. That means if they get reported again they will just be banned again, this time without an unban. Unbanned.

Sorry, I was away for some time but I am back now. Please take in account that other ingame chat only gets transmitted to the server if players are in range. Which means that Side Chat will only get transmitted if players are on the server. Direct chat will only be transmitted to the server if players are in range. Vehicle chat will only be transmitted to the server if players are in the same vehicle. See above. I am actually not so sure about that. Try changing the password and leaving the server offline for 1-2 minutes. BattlEye shouldn't accept the user with the old password anymore. DNS support is coming in the next version if I ever get to finish it. You can already displays missions by executing the "missions" command in the command line. I didn't implement a GUI for it yet though, expect it for the next version. Please open your AppData folder (C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local) and delete the folder called DomiStyle. This should cause DaRT to regenerate the configuration. Also note that there must be an intact .config file in the root folder where DaRT.exe is. Not directly in DaRT, but from what I know BattlEye has a limit of 5 clients.

I would rather split the 100 players in multiple instances depending on how many cores your server has. I used to run 25-50 slot servers on an AMD Opteron 8 core @ 2.6 GHz under Linux using Wine without any problems at all. All servers were vanilla DayZ with regular restarts each 6 hours, not sure how Epoch/Origins perform though.
