CPU CPU CPU. You could have a ASUS Ares II Video card and that processor and youd get shit framerate. Heres how it works; In ARMA, the GPU is used for rendering the world, and allowing for a better visual apperance. it will only affect teh framerate by 10-15%. the CPU does all the processing power, thus, having a quadcore over a dual core gives much better frame rates. The i5 2500k with that 7850 OC will give you a pretty great game play FPS

I'm sure it will be around ARMA3's Optimal requirements.Both ARMA3 and the DayZ SA have grown from the same engines. however, if you're going to build a computer for dayz, biuld it above-spec because there are downfalls to server sided graphics settings

the 3970x and the titan. your titan will allow for MAXIMUM res and graphics settings, and the 3970 will allow you to get a very high fps reading. also, another thing you may want to look into is a SSD or a 10000RPM raptor drive, as arma does use the HDD reading speed for processing the graphics material

well my system is a dual core 2.8Ghz with onboard graphics and i get 15 fps in towns on normal/low

You realize that system had a 3.8Ghz Quad Cure, 12 GB ddr3 1600 Mhz Ram, and a 7870?

should be able to do it on high settings. but like Lupa said, its cheaper adn better to build your own PC. you can get a 40 fps on max in towns if oyu do that

you'll get pretty good fps out of that system. in town, im guessing about 30-35 fps, which, is still very playable! ...makes my computer look like a 1990's computer ****ALSO; I'd check and see if you can get a downgrade to windows 7 64-bit
