That's a default feature in Arma II, it's DayZ that has it disabled so you have to painfully fill each jerry can to refuel a car. For some reason you can't operate gas stations in a zombie apocalypse.

I kill on sight because it's a game that has the option to, so I will do what the fuck I like. There are no set parameters for the mod, and there never will be. If you want a 100% PvZ experience go play CoD Zombies and quit complaining.

It's funny because now they've added the skins, I'm able to kill survivors and spare my fellow bandito's.

This is just a bug, it's happened to us on our server, there's plenty of tents brimming with loot that once taken out and saved, just pop back in upon restart.

Just to add, the Double (-) trick only works on weapons that DON'T have scoped optics. ACOG's, Thermals etc~ just revert it back to normal FOV.

While tabbing to Prud to check for underwater tents, out group was told of a chopper heading East from Elektro, alerted to this we decided to head South to see if we could find the guys and steal it...BUT, on the way down we heard it fly over to the West of us, so guess what? We decided to head North. But considering the vast amount of wilderness we called it off and thought heading to the NE airfield to kill PKers would be rather fun. Now this is where it gets good. While approaching we hear the helicopter for a third time, but now it's over Krasno and attempting to land (Presumably to drop off people to loot the NE). At this moment one of our snipers shot the engine and forced him to land in an open field, some getting out and one man staying to operate the M240. Pretty much instantly I took out one of the guys who got out, with two of the group getting a second and third kill. And because it's DayZ, one of them ALt+F4'd. Shocking. Either way, it was too late and his body popped back up due to the glitch. The other few guys loitered about/stood in the open too long and we eventually killed them all. Anyhoo, after that settled down we went down to their bodies, got their names, gathered the loot and stuffed it into the chopper and flew off after fixing it. Good Good! The names are as follows: Sprn'gr - (ALT-F4'd) Champ VXR Munk JoGumby. Annnd that's it pretty much.
