Added an update to Vybor over the weekend as well

Hi sya, server is still up and running fine, may not be showing up for you as we are now using the arma2 1.63 patch and dayzcommander etc no longer work with it, you have to join using steam http://www.incgamers.com/2014/06/arma-2-operation-arrowhead-1-63-implements-steam-matchmaking We hope dayz commander etc can come up with a fix for this but try and use steam and come back to us :)
