As I said CPU is AMD FX8350 and 2x4gb ddr3 1600 ram, hm ? Guy at the store tried to convince me not to give another 150$ for gtx770 if I'm not playing in resolution higher then 1680x1050 or even 1980x1080 without aa and af more then 2x. I just want smooth 50-60fps when I'm recording new games for youtube channel and hopefully rec/stream dayz without too much problems. Other then that I'm playing only Dota 2 and Black Ops 2 for fun and for myself which is enough even on current gpu. Also from what I've found I can overclock this gpu without using extra fans and power supply since I'm getting new one aswel, and hopefully achieve bigger part of that difference between 770 and 7950. Hopefully he is right and I will be ok in next year or two.

So I was happy when I got FX8350 and extra 4gb ram over old 4gb. Unfortunately with my GTX650 1gb oc dayz was playable but not enjoyable so after buying full game I uninstalled and I tried not to even watch streams until now (dissapointment). I was getting really low fps around 10-15 when I wanted to stream and 20 with only playing. I guess my gpu was really old. Now I wanted to get gtx770 but unfortunately at last moments I didnt had enough money so I ordered HD7950 3GB. Is that gpu really enough for this game ? I know that standalone dayz is coming and hopefully will be more optimized but I would like to hear someone who have dayz experiance with this gpu. Thanks !

I will try later. I'm playing alone couple days and even I'm new I'm guessing that playing with at least one or two persons is totally different game.

I have same config, except gtx650 for gpu. I will upgrade to i7 this summer but in meaning time I will try this tips. Hopefully they will help, this way I'm getting 25-45fps average..when I'm recording with fraps I'm not loosing even 1fps, but when I try to stream with OBS my fps goes down on 15-20 locked.

Ok thanks guys. I just bought Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA, looking forward to install games and dayz mod. Hopefully I will be able to stream with 2mb upload without ingame lag. Thanks for info once again, I just found that statistic is available on site aswel, so I apologize for opening this thread.

Hey, First of all I need to say that I never actually played Day Z. I watched couple streams and I'm kind addicted to gameplay overall, I played little bit of Arma 2 couple years ago but that's all. Before I start playing any online/competitive game I like to know how huge is player database. Are numbers in Day Z keep increasing, decreasing or they are on some level all the time ? Is it hard to find good servers with a lot of people ? Also, I'm gamer on youtube for couple years already, I started with streams like couple months ago but I didnt had proper microphone with good quality for streaming and internet, now when I'm able to stream singleplayer games (checked), I would like to know is it possible to stream Day Z with 2mb upload ? I would set around 1500kbps bitrate, speed is stable on 2mb but I'm worried about ingame ping ? Also I do know that 3 or 4 mb upload would be better but keep on mind that I'm not a partner, so without option for viewers to change quality, it wouldnt be good to set higher bitrate (even though I have in plan to get 4mb upload during summer).
