It can be done, but it has serious limitations, probably the best way would be using AttachTo command, but be prepared for desync and lag while your buddy drives you and you are rubberbanding all over the place. And you wouldn't be able to be in the vehicle because the only way to fire "something" inside a vehicle is using the vehicles weapons, so you wont be able to fire your gun, or your ammo. Maybe not the best explanation ( don't have the time ) if someone wants more info on how it can be achieved or why it cannot be, just check for the extensive threads on this subject at bis studio forum.

The setting are server based, and are pretty low most of the time to ensure that everybody can play with a decent fps. Arma2 already has a 10km draw distance ( but for objects is 2-3km max ) no need to wait for arma3

Get in 1st person mode, aim for the little metal bars, wait a second for the action to pop up.

You didn't say that you refueled the vehicle you just said you put the jerry can in, take the jerry can, look at the bus and scroll the mouse wheel to the refuel action

Not sure how ESP work but if they find your camp because of vehicles appearing on a radar, just keep the vehicles separated from the camp and lose only those.

Yes there's a Ka-52 in Arma2, no it's not included in the mod and therefore illegal.

If you sprint your speed will decrease over time as you get more winded up, it will reach the point where jogging will be faster, it has been that way since arma or maybe OFP even. Did you log into server with older dayz versions? when i logged into one of those and then back to 1.7.1.5 i was unconscious all the time.
