I do, its not easy and quick farming downed choppers and rummaging through cherno etc. It takes time, i'd find choppers on one server then goto the next and do it there etc. Took a long time. -

Actually they fuckin don't look it up.. They are no longer in the loot table Rocket took them out because of the issues with them in 1.7.2 so 1.7.2.3 doesn't have them in the loot table for choppers or residential.. I looked for 20+ hours over 2 days and never found anything. I'm not full of shit idiot.. Go look it up on the forums people have posted proof from digging through the mod files. -

admins don't have the ability to kill people... admins in dayz don't have the power to do anything other than look at logs and kick/ban people from their server.. what you ran into was a hacker spawning everyone in one spot and killing them.. DERP -

funny thing is that ghillies do not spawn anymore in this version, they aren't even in the loot table anymore. Those ghillies are all duped. I was farming for a ghillie for like 2 days straight went to at least 30 different downed choppers they had no ghillies then I read on the forums that they were taken out of the loot table and there is proof of this in the actual game files they are no longer there, only way you can get it is from someone who already had one still before this latest patch.. -

I believe hellspawn over osiris lol.. He is way more detailed about what happened.. So I think osiris is just butthurt about losing his anti material rifle and his saw that he was a bad shot with. -

Yeah I'm having the same issue I was playing fine yesterday then six updater did some update crap and now I'm having nothing but problems trying to play dayz through steam.. ANyone have a fix for this?

you do realize all the guns are modeled pretty damn real as arma 2 is a mil-sim... Some random roll the dice accuracy isn't an answer to anything. If you don't find it fun then don't play it. As for 3d sound, I dunno whats wrong with your sound but I can tell where everything is coming from with my Astro A40's no problem. Rocket will never sacrifice realism, ever. So get used to being one shot by high caliber rounds, because thats how it works in RL. -

SAW, because you can't find FAL ammo anywhere but heli crash sites if i'm not mistaken.. You can find saw ammo on dead military zombies easily, and in deer stands etc. Ammo is more plentiful with the saw -

So its ok for shows like the Walking Dead to have zombie children and a mother crying while seeing her child for the first time in days then someone walks up and shoots her point blank in the skull yet we can't have zombie kids running around in a "VIDEO GAME" ? You uptight people need to get a grip on reality.. A tv show depicting this is a hell of a lot more brutal than if DayZ had zombie kids. Cast my vote for YES give us zombie kids, makes it more creepy.
