It has not been stated officially, but rocket has claimed that every player is immune to the virus. That is the main reason why you are alive and well in Chernarus. -
This is supposed to be a kind appeal to developers to focus on anti-cheat measures.

Why not just link the original uploaders video? B ecause ripping it and uploading it to your channel gives you views. By the way, there allready is a thread regarding the E3 stuff.
