I downloaded and installed DayZ with the worrom installer, everything seemed to download and install nicely. however im getting: "You can not play/edit this mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted.chernarus" when trying to join any server. The solution offered to this problem is "Make sure you launch the game as 'Combined Operations' and NOT 'Operation Arrowhead' when launching from STEAM." Only I bought Combined Ops retail, not through steam and there is no way to launch as "combined operations". here is the target path i am using: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead\arma2OA.exe" -mod=@dayz -nosplash Also, when I launch the shortcut a get a message that says: Addon 'dayz_code' requires addon 'CABuildingParts' edit: i fixed the problem by copying the "addons" folder from the ArmA2 folder into the ArmA2 Operation Arrowhead folder
